We boast one at the Yew Merry Center for All, on Sonoma.

The YMCA is a 'blessed' player-run tower, located right across the road from Yew Cemetery on Felucca. The rather large library (of both runes and Seer lore) is on the third floor. We have no Trammel runes - it is entirely Felucca.

Ahh yes. The best rune library for Fel you can possibly see

dungeons, shrines, towns, T2A entrances, banks, inns, etc, etc etc.....

If the book is RED it is a Fel Book.

don't forget the Trinsic Rose Library, two locations, Felucca [Has all Felucca runes, Trammel side [has all trammel].

The best library i have ever seen is on legends. The guy traveled (started on Lake Austin years ago)around to many shards (picking up rare/hard to find runes and made one huge library for all facets. He has every weird rune I have ever heard of.

I know he still has the library, but his house is not open to the public and I don't think he has it displayed anymore.... however he still might. His name is Toben and I have no idea how to get ahold of him (he also only plays during the daytime and is not in any guild). Good luck and I wish i could have been more help- but this is the guy you need to talk to.
