Operator error?: MYUO

So am I the only one who can't log into MYUO at uo.com? I tried yesterday from work, and then today from home. Both computers give me an error message.

If this is a known problem, do we know how long it will be down?...la

I haven't been able to log in for about a week. Figured it was just me, glad to see it isn't.

I sent one the other week (about a different issue, there're some BNN audio clips that seem to be missing) but never got a response.

You are correct! my.uo.com does not work! Try http://www.uoherald.com/news/
That should get you to the stores and to your account.

I been trying for weeks now and keep getting the same error:

Sebrina I tryed that link you provided but no joy for me there either. I tryed googleing the error and found this page. duh!

Yes, you can get to myuo from that link, but here is the direct link.... https://my.uo.com/cgi-bin/myuoreg.pl I have no idea why the main page is not working and gives that error message.

Hrm, I just edited an account this morning to change some billing info, but I guess account management doesn't use the same log in as myuo does?

This has to do with the new searching system they put in. It also broke the old search so you can no longer go through the patch notes or other pages on the website which you would actually like to search. Who ever needs to search the play guide? It is very easy to navigate.

I have the same issue, im only glad it isnt just me.

I havent been able to get in for about 2 months. I have emailed the [email protected] about 10 times, also raised a service call with EA...the chap helpful as he was just didnt get it at all, i had to send the same email to him about 4 times!

Anyway it started working after about 2 weeks of raising with EA so i told them to close the call....the following day...BAM 500 internal server error...I wish they would sort this out!

It's important, though. If there are any specific steps that need to be taken to get the error to come up, they need to know.

People have a habit of just saying "the website is broken" and leaving it at that.

... Though in this particular case, even something that ambiguous sums it up pretty well.

We are currently looking into this. For the time being please use "httpS://my.uo.com" make sure the "S" is after "http" and it should bring you to the page. The "S" makes this page a secure log in.

Remember your My Uo account is different than your regular account user information. Please double check you are using your My UO account info instead of your game account information.

BTW, Lake Austin is "10" instead of 6 (which is Chessy). Anyone want to figure out what numbers the other shards are?
