I bet some one drug off the paragon and they where not able to finish it, they are very complex.

try in the center of ilshenar in the Meer Stronghold...

They are there on Atlantic. It is possible that someone used Dryad Allure on it, and it just hasn't respawned in a while.

A guild mate and I have been killing them a lot lately to get our karma down.

I like the meer stronghold much better, two eternals at a time and no where for them to skip off to. Also a handy teleporter to get you out of there if you get in too deep with a paragon.

I think they are referring to the Meer catacombs.

It's south of the compassion gate in ish. You know central ish plains where you find savages, ridgebacks and the juka castle? On the north east of the juka castle is a teleporter that will bring you to the catacombs.

Trying to provoke npcs in Fel should bring your karma down very quickly and safely, no skills required (if it still works).

If you in the stronghold, watch the captians, they like to team up on you once your karma drops. I go there for bolts when I run low. Nice loot off the eternals sometimes.
