Question About Books

Hi All,
Ghost is still acting very strange lately but I have recently motivated him to fulfill a recent commitment. He's working on transferring some of his old journals relevant to the history of Origin to books, which EM Faine Morgan has offered display in the Counselor's Guild. I caught him sulking around the house last night and knowing his personality I accused him of not keeping his promise to EM Faine. He seemed to get a little agitated but promised me he'd get them done for the meet-and-greet on Thursday if I would go get him a supply of the correct type of books.

What's the "Correct Type of books"? I know there are 3 types of books available from vendors and I think they all have their unique properties. Aren't some capable of being made permanent with Red Leaves? Some can be locked down and edited by other players and others can't? One is easier to copy other full books to? Anyone know the difference to the 3 books?

The small redish journal has less pages, only 20 I believe?

The purple book has 40 pages, is a big larger graphically.

The sandy colored book I dunno because I don't use those. I *think* that some come off the NPC already written with stories such as Sherry The Mouse and such.

All can have red petals used upon them to forever seal their pages. Thus preventing vandalism. =)

I Have been working on a library where im keeping any interesting books that I find, as well as what i've gotten from the UO literature itself. Would it be impossible for me to get a copy of these? As it stands now, my library is on ATL, but i'd still like to have copies of anything like this. Even player written poetry and stuff is cool.
