ninja temp. need some pointers

Hey y'all. I orignally play a necro/mage temp but I kinda wanna change it up a bit. So here is my new toons temp
120 swords
120 tactics
120 ninja
100 med
100 anat
80 healing
70 chiv

If anyone can explain to me how deathstrike works that would be great! I know it got nerfed a while back so I dunno how the damge is. The suuit I have is 4/6 with 11 mr max hci and about 25 dci until I can figure out to get more . Wolf form for hp regen. Focus attack for damage and also ki attatck. Prime weapon will be leafblade. And using fukya or stars to poison. Using pots and boxes. Chiv heals and divine fure for stamina. Anyone tell me if this is a good idea? This will be my first dexxer temp so any tips will be appreciated.

Deathstrike damage is based off your tracking, hiding and stealth skills now. You need to at least have high hiding/stealth to do any sort of damage. With the setup you have now, ninjitsu will only be useful for going into wolf form to evade ganks and for shuriken use (and focus attack I guess). You need at least 90 healing to heal 100% of the time, otherwise you might fail the healing check.

What about having just enough ninja for wolf form and shurukins and pick up bush instead of chiv

also i wanted to thank you for the fast response! also with bush i could use nerve strike to pause the chasers a little bit

You'll fail wolf form too much at 70 ninja. If you plan on using wolf form, I would not use anything less than 120. Also, shuriken chance to hit is based off ninjitsu skill, so you will probably never poison anyone with a shuriken at 70 skill. If you want bushido, I would drop tactics to 90-100 and drop med to 70.

That's 760 points not 720....

If you PvM, then this can be useful. Mirror image IMHO does a better job of avoiding attacks then parry with much less point usage. I can see the use of med since ninjitsu is mana intensive. I personally would still use focus for stamina regen but that's me. I would drop med to 80 and bring healing up to 100. Maybe they'll look at healing at some point I dunno

Dog form @ 120 regens quite nicely. You can get dp'd and regen some hp's

Anyway you don't have the poisoning skill so your poisoning wont be very useful. Last I tested it , DP shuriken did level 4 poison not level 5. Poisoning itself needs to be revamped as many mobs in PvM are immune to level 5. However a good way to kill baracoon is simply to keep DPing him. He has alot of trouble healing it. It's also funny hearing him cast arch cure like 3 times a second , lololol

Anyway overall if that's a PvM template you should be fine

Hey I just wanted to thank y'all for taking the time to help me out with my temp. Although I saw a recent thread about a template that was bush/ninja/stealth/hide/chiv/tacticS. That was actually whata I was trying to do.4/6 chiv heals. Nerve strike and using death strike. But whatt I couldn't figure out on my orignal temp that I posted here was making the temp and having having death strike work more effectivly. But with hiding stealth that will work. Just don't have any med. But that's where my gear comes into play. Thank you all again for the help but found the answer in another thread.

I've seen numerous horrible PvP tamer/mages, tamer/archers, stealth/archers, necro/mages, bushido/warriors...sampires...

lol sorry lynk, i didnt end up making the temp because im not much of a dexxer. i tried it and played it couldnt master it. so i am sticking with my necro/mage. i may decide to make another dexxer later down the road maybe when stygian abyss comes out but for now i will stick with a mage. i know that it takes time to get used to a temp and to learn it. but if your not feeling it your not feeling. thanks for all your help again and mr turd nugget said it right. but honestly i wasnt trying to copy it. it was similar to my ideas but when i saw what lynk and coffin were saying everything just connected. you guys are awsome. been playing uo for a while now, but never thought to come to the forums to ask questions or to just even talk thanks guys yall are great!
