Im just going to give my opinion, im probs wrong.
Id say,
No to the first one (no damage increase hit chance or dci.)
2nd...very much so very selable piece probs get a very ncie chunk for that (archer tamers, any melee tamer) shame the Lower reg isnt lmc or DI because if it was that would be stupid money!
3rd...hmph not really a great piece i tend to leave those, no mods of any real value.
As i said its only my opinion. Btw what shard i didnt read cos i want that taming brace
