So my buddy goes into wraithform, corpes skins me, and does a flame strike. Starting fire resist was 60. and it did 99 damnage the first time. One of his explo-fs hits was 150dmg. Im not to huge into pvp so my mind was blown. so after troubleshooting I have a question on if this this is intended.

He counts as undead, and my weapon has ogre slayer on it. Is that supposed to give him the opp-slayer damnage boost? without that weapon on his damnage was drastically lower.

It's the slayer bonus on your weapon.

Humanoid/Repond, opposite of wraith/undead.

Hopefully gargish weapon hackers will be able to take that property off...

This also works for people that carry undead slayers (spellbook, the new talisman, and the staff of pyros). If you go polymorph into an Orc you do rediculous damage to them.
