Runic Hammer Change?

I burn runic hammers pretty regularly yet yesterday when I started to burn an Aggy hammer on Platemail Do's, the first 5 Do's only had resists on them.

Not one mod on any of them. I've burned countless Bronze hammers and made better armor.

Did the last patch make changes to the runic hammers?

Has anyone else experienced what I am seeing?

BTW, I have 100 Arms Lore and 120 Blacksmith with a +60 ASH hammer.

Punishment for wasting runic charges on tunics? If you burn enough runics you'll begin to see good/bad streaks (or think you do), so I guess it was just a bad hammer!

ASH and runics don't stack do they? I thought it only used one or the other?

They do stack - hold the ASH in your hand to get that bonus - and then use the runic in your pack to get that bonus.

I just double checked and its an aggy runic hammer.

No idea why its making such crummy armor :-(

What were the resists?

Aggy hammers have a min/max 4 props added. That's quite a streak to get 20 resists rolls in a row but I suppose that anything is possible with the RNG.

The tunics resists were like 15, 10, 12, 8, 10 with nothing else on them property wise. I stopped making them after 5 in a row like this.
