OK, Why would my Health status bar show me to be affected with a deadly poison when I'm not?

If your playing KR and u get poisoned and let it run out instead of curing alot of times your bar will stay green after the poison runs out. Never seen it happen in 2d though.

...and if you're in 2d and cross a server line while poisoned, your health bar will stay green.
