There is a new step to claiming game time code that I am hoping someone here can answer a bit quicker than I've tried with support.uo.com *grins*

This verification email was sent to me:

Your code has been applied to your account.
Instructions:
1. Go to www.ultima-registration.com.
2. Click on the "Edit Acct" link under Modify An Account.
3. Login with the user name and password associated with your UO account.
4. Click on the Game Time button.
5. Verify that the Game Time code was applied.

6. That’s it! You are set to play Ultima Online for another 90-days.
7. Should you need assistance, technical support is available 24 hours a day at http://support.uo.com/

Your Ultima Online™ Game Time™ was applied directly to your account.

Steps 4 and 5 I have not encountered before when purchasing game time from uogamecodes.com. I cannot for the life of me find that Game Time Button to "click" on and verify. I checked on the account and it has not been applied. Anyone else get through these steps just fine and can wave some orange sticks towards my destination?

I bought game time on wednesday and got hit to face with same problem. Game time was charged but never applied to my account. I left question to EA_support at wednesday too. Got few replies already but they haven't been able to get my account open yet. Yesterday got message that this needs more investigation and no answers today... So I quess no UO for me this weekend...

I'm thinking its the extra steps of 4 and 5. I would gladly select the option if there was one, hehe. Perhaps the changes made were for other gametime codes and UO slipped in there.

Same here!
Bought a 90 day on Friday, got confirmation email but the code was not applied to the account.
Support question is running and they told me they need more time to investigate, too...

This seems a more recent issue then. Have you gotten confirmation this is not intended or they are just investigating it?

Edit - Deleted, question solved by a subsequent email from the CC company! Seems they had an internet authorisation problem for a few hours.....

First the 11th items that should be for sale since when?!?
And now this... bought gametime for 3 accounts (1 of mine, 2 are owned by my bf) and have the same problem.
Never encountered it before... anyone got an answer about this?

Really I´m so damn upset with me trying to spend money at ea´s stuff...this situation is quite wrong!

After you click 'Edit' account, and log in...hit the Subscription tab.
Under Subscription, click on 'reactivate account' or 'Change Billing Method'
That will bring up a screen for your credit card info or a Game Time Card.
If you select Game Time (and enter the code), a verification screen will appear within a few seconds, stating how much time you have added.

I hope that helps! It's been that way for years. :)

EDIT: P.S. I highly recommend that you ask for the Game Time code to be emailed to you - and then apply it yourself.

Sadly that doesn´t help since I didn´t buy a gametime code of some not ea sites, but my code from the official uo site, namely www.uogamecodes.com.
You don´t get a gametime code, the only number you get is an order id, wich doesn´t work (already tried it with adding a game time card).

In the past, when I purchased my codes from uogamecodes.com, the code was automatically applied after purchasing it. At least in the past year you never had to do anything with account management after buying 90 days gametime.

Well I wrote a support question, but I don´t think I´ll recieve an answer in time ( I badly need one of those accs to be active NOW, since it´s a shopowner acc who´s vendor will soon end in the house sign.. along with its money!)

I realize that it's probably too late to help you right now - but I always order my Game Time codes over the phone. They are emailed to me right then, I apply them in Account Management, and I'm good to go! (when I have the funds, that is :)

I know this is a good thing to do (ordering over phone), but really... I´m from germany and yes, I can type in english.. but it´s a HELL for me to talk! *blushes*

Well, if anyone who encountered this problem already, was able to solve it, please tell me! Or at least cross your fingers for me, that Ea will solve this problem for me within the next say 136 hours... that´s how long my vendor will be still standing...lol

Life got busy. I meant to update this thread so my apologies to Esmeralda especially. Dor, this is for those ordering off of uogametimecodes.com where it applies directly to your account. Steps 4 & 5 have not been there before and even so I tried to apply my confirmation code at least where you can enter game time code and no dice *grins*

I decided to call billing because my cc had been charged. I've listed the numbers provided at a thread at the top of uhall where I found it. I talked to a very nice guy who was as frustrated if not more so at not being able to get my confirm code to apply because of this. He finally applied another code that would "stick" and assured me he was going to make sure this would get addressed. I still made him stay on the phone with me while I logged in to verify and it did.

I also meant to send Spada PM or email. Consider that done on Monday.

Here are the numbers. I called the one in bold for inside the U.S.


* Ultima Online Payment and Billing
o Inside the United States dial: 1-866-543-5435
o Outside the United States dial: 1-650-628-4306
o Hours of operation are Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm PST

Hello gang,
Account support is aware of the issue and they are working to get it fixed as quickly as possible. This means that any outstanding GT codes that have not been applied will be appliable when its resolved.

I expect it to be fixed in the next day or so, hopefully less.

I opened a support ticket and got help within 2 days :)
