Bought gametime, didn't get it

Heya,

Yesterday morning I bought 3 months gametime from uogamecodes, and everything worked just like before. I even got the confirmation e-mail that my gametime has been added to my account etc. Problem just is that the gametime wasn't added. My account is still suspended due Coupon queue empty.

So I waited for like 5 hours, but nothing happened. After that I left a question to EA support, and got that you will be answered within 24 hours. Well, it's been over 24 hours and no response. Usually I'm not this hasty, but one guy already transfered his character from other shard to my shard to pick up items, and he's getting bit nervous cause for some reason he transfered his main character and can't play his shard now.

Should I just wait for EA to answer at EAsupport, or is it any help calling the EA Customer Support: 1-866-543-5435 .

Was just wondering if anyone has any experience about this kinda problems.

Why I'm asking is that I don't know what it costs calling that number (pretty weird it's not told there), and if it's like 1 € per minute like these sometimes are, and then have to wait in queue 20 mins etc...

probably had something to do with the fact that they were doing maintenance on the servers yesterday - you just got unlucky bad timing

same thing here, I bought a 3-month code and it said my account was updated but the account page says nothing and I can't login

Sry that was me not thinking what I was writing. To be sure I always to through www.uo.com so I don't end up on any fake sites or something So yep, I was at the official sites.
