DEVs - Buddy referral reward not working

On 31 jan I had message like "29 days until you receive a reward from". Today I have nothing. No email with code. No days timer. No "has been cancelled because of subscription cancellation". NOTHING.

Is it broken or turned off forever?

Erm...errors in leap year calculations? Maybe you are supposed to receive a reward on the 29 of Feb 2009. But since there's no 29th of Feb this year...
