ribbon cutting ceremony?

Should we schedule a ribbon cutting ceremony for the WBB, maybe ask if Lord Casa can do it, he needs all the help he can get, maybe more kissing babies and shaking hands like they do every four years?

If such an event is possible then I ask that no one expect to receive anything except the chance to take part is the local shard's role playing.

Trouble is, on Baja, Casca is not the beloved Char he is on other shards. I'd much rather have the EM or one of his RP chars do it there. I didn't vote cause I don't want Casca at ours, but that's just my opinion for Baja. Others may disagree.
