Hey guys we do have an update and I have posted it to the herald. I apologize for the inconvenience. Below is a copy of what the herald was updated to:

These items were recently offered in Japan by the UO Japan team. Due to a high nubmer of requests we were able to offer them to all UO players with the same selection and comparable pricing.

Due to a mis communication with this item only the package of the 11 individual items is available. These are not Anniversary Items or Vet Rewards.

Players who have purchased this package prior to this update with the intent of choosing each item should contact customer support to change their order. They can be contacted by submitting a ticket at http://support.ea.com.

I thought at first it was one token for 11 items, but the main site really got me excited about choosing 11 of one item (for example). What a mistake! What a mislead!
Didn't they have months to plan this out?
I know mistakes happen, but we can't keep forgiving every single time mistakes happen!!

What's false is that the Ancestral gravestone will get activated, then I crash soon after, then log back and it's buff is gone!!!!!!!????????
Then wait another 90 minutes??
Why can't it just stay on even if logging out? Why not? Is it game busting for +5 SS? I should be able to activate it, I crash, it's counter continues until 90 ingame minutes wear out. What's the big deal? For $2.72, I should be able to enjoy this buff for 90 ingame minutes. Am I wrong? Did they fix the constant crashes with publish 58 or something?

Considering they still haven't released the housing tiles from the 9th anniversary, good luck getting these for free in 2+ years..

This is one of EA's biggest problems in the UO team in that the right hand doesn't seem to know what the left hand is doing.

Whomever is in charge of proofreading anything isn't doing their job.

Does that mean I'm stuck with this mostly worthless token set and I lose the money I paid for it? :<

I'm all for supporting EA. I want them to succeed. I would be happy to fork over money. That's the basis of my complaint.
I was ready to click "buy" and thank goodness I checked Stratics first.
I want to have an informed decision as do all the other players. I want EA to have a good image, but the constant mistakes... nevermind.

Are you serious...No Offence but First off these are not the anniversary items...2nd people bought and paid 30 bucks for what they said they were...incase you didn't read it...

EA says....Eleven (11) Item Codes that you can redeem in-game for 11 Eighth Anniversary Item Tokens. These Token can be used to choose one of each of the items listed below or 11 of the same item. You can choose any combination of 11 you desire. You can also give or trade these Tokens in-game with other players.

....These people were led to believe they were buying one thing and got something else...

I personally find it sad that they release these codes before the Vet Rewards.

Does any other 10+ year Vet/paying customer feel disrespected by EA/Mythic?

Also it would be cool that when reading the daily posts that have the "read more" link at the end of the post to actually lead to the post and not to just a web page that has every other topic as well as other games. It's not to hard to direct a URL properly.

I've been playing since Sept 1997 and for the first time in a long time, I just dont seem to have the desire to even log in anymore to any of my 6 accounts.

People complain about Ghost Cams, so they are now being fixed, yet they still havent fixed the bug that lets a player get on their paralyzed pet and ride away. This issue is 1000 times more destructive to PvP than ghost cams, setting asside the fact that G-Drag and Dread Horses are way over-powered because a player doesn't need to have Animal Lore to control them.

I just wish that for once EA would spend just ONE ENTIRE PATCH ON PVP BALANCE, with no other dumb additions like house decos.

Victims keep in mind that in the time it takes them to give a refund, they are earning interest on your money. Without a timely refund this is a classic swindle.

The UO player base also has no shortage on the pathetic self-righteous either. EA/Mythic seems to have strayed off the current value of 2kb of storage. But someone had to pay that web designer for the extra months required to "get it right" yes? What a mess.

Next year they should offer financing with their anni items... maybe they'll offer a big wooden cross. That way when you folks get offended from us whiners, you can climb up and nail yourselves on it.

This is easily fixable by calling customer support and answering a few questions. When I did it, took less than 15 minutes to straighten things out. Questions like, your name, last email used for the account, last credit card number (last 4 numbers I think but not exactly sure since it was awhile ago) used on the account, etc. were asked by the very friendly customer rep.
