Massive Lag, Luna Bank Europa

So far this afternoon, when i go to Luna bank, UO goes into a massive state of lag/slowdown. It is only when I am on the actual screen of the bank, as soon as i run past the lag clears and my connection returns to normal.

Is anyone else experiencing this? I have a feeling it might be due to someone running an illegal program at the bank but i'm not sure.

There's a bug, or somesuch, which drops oil cloths or whatnot on the ground, so folk make them endlessly. The lag is probably hundreds and hundreds of them, on the ground, somewhere.

No part of making it impossible to go near a public bank because of horrid lag spikes on purpose should be allowed or tolerated, even if the means to cause the problem are legal.
