I wish instead of having to display our armor sets on vendors and slowly loose money to the vendor wouldent it be awesome if would could have a type of manican kind of like the character statue maker but it wouldent have a name or anything and we could put the suit on the statue and display it without having to worry about logging in and checking the gold on the vendor.just a idea.

Well just put it on your vendor to wear and put a book or even name the vendor that his suit is for sale. Pay him a little and no worries just say leave message on a board or icq.

I can understand the need for a way to desplay those nifty reward armor sets. Comes down to the advertising is not the OPs intent and is an abuse to the vendor use rules to circumvent to renting cost. Why we have the vending penalty so just use items in game as intended because most likely a shortcut is more work for the Code Mages to fix. Like we need pink bunnies!

Yes I think there is a need for an armor/weapons dummy that has the paperdoll viewing option. Part of the house lockdowns count and safe. Problem with using a vendor to display anything is a way of aviod the house lock caps. And I just don't trust them if the armor is lost while on a vendor due to some change I wont get the tough chit reply.

if the OP means purely for display purposes, then yes, I agree

I have vendors set up that do not sell anything, they are only used to display items by former Legends crafters, names that are treasured, and I would love to be able to display the crafted items (and name) the barkeepers for that purpose
