Fertile dirt requirement to fill a plant bowl has been reduced to 20 from 40.

Poppy seeds come from terrathon warriors, wisps, and hiryus. They are labled "peculiar seed" and will not tell you what knid of plant you have until the 7th day of growth, or use poppy dust to identify.
I don't have a pic handy, but Legends/Tram/little Minoc moongate house has some poppy dust locked down on the front steps. ( actually I have no idea what it looks like in 2d, so it may be an ugly example to refer you too )
