Question about 7 day timer on housing.

I want to resize my house and a catastrophy happens. I am now trying to find a solution to my problem.

My question is if X transfer a condemned house to Y, does 7 day timer apply to seller X? (X's main house was placed 8 days ago.)

I am trying to let X place the house and condemn his old house which I will deal with it later. But I don't know if this will work. (X has placed his main house 8 days ago and transferred his condemned house to Y today.)

Thanks for any answer although I will find the answer in 45 minutes one way or the other.

Thanks god it works. But there is consequence. Up to fifty-five minutes mark, my character began to click the house tool. (Don't know if there is other people hidden there to steal my lot.) Unfortunately, when the time arrived, on the sixty minutes mark, the system gave me the warning "The character has tried to place a house too times. Try it later". I quickly log off and use another character to place the house. Now the house owner name is not what I want. I have to wait 7 days to transfer the house to another account, then another 7 days to transfer it back. Quite a pain in the ass. Who knows you can't use house placing tool too many times, and you can't resize a house after you got the house (technically you can resize the house, it will be demolished alright, but after it is demolished, you can't place it after 7 days)?

I don't think is very logical.

Even if you've just placed a new house, you should have at least one chance to resize after placing before the 7-Day restriction is activated.

The way it works doesn't seem very intuitive....would be quite easy to place a new house and assume one could resize the same property without penalty...only to result in quite possibly a lost plot, and at the very least unecessary confusion and frustration.

At the very least, if you've just placed a new house, and the 7-Day restriction must activate, you should see the option to resize greyed out, or at least give a message that this function will not be available until after the 7 Day time restriction has been fulfilled.

Ample documentation, tips, and warnings are extremely helpful to prevent accidents, especially as many options, systems, and restrictions there are in UO! No player can be expected to know them all, let alone totally understand how each thing works and what it affects that may not be immediately apparent.

If UO wants to offer an attractive experience to New Players, systems like this should be revised or at least made to allow the least damage possible if the player hasn't quite figured out all the details yet.

I don't know how long he should wait. I don't know if someone will steal my plot while he is waiting. So I panic and place the house right away.

thats what i mean since u already placed on that account just wait a day then have the char you want as owner listed to resize it then just put it back up
