I believe the other poster meant that you recharge it with the same rope that is required to make the hitching post. I don't know if that is correct or not, but that seems like a logical method for recharging the hitching post replica.

oh i see, im sorry my mistake,thanks alot!
To recharge it, you use a Hitching Rope, made by a Tinker but the Tinker must have 15 Animal Lore. GM Tinker has a 100% Make Chance. It takes 1 Resolves Bridle and 1 Rope. This gives you 15 more charges. Bear in mind tho, these can only be recharged twice, after that, not sure if they're just deco or disappear entirely.
I think they become deco after the recharging limit.

Nope, no recharge limit on the 11th Anniversary one and I believe it has 30 charges vs. the craftable's 15.I think they become deco after the recharging limit.
