Tier 10 Statues In Moonglow.... Cost Way To Much On Siege....

Each of these statues cost way to many points to start off with. It would take you a life time to collect the whole set if you were to bring animals in 5 packs back and fourth. Polar Bears are your best and easiest bet but its way to hard no with the cap of 5 animal slots... Back when it first came out there was no animal cap you could tame 100 polar bears or more at time bring them to glow and turn them in for points......

Now to go to the fact yes you can buy them for gold but to get the whole set it would cost about 100 million gold more or less..... Now for a prodo shard yeah 100 million is nothing now a days but for Siege 100 million is alot of gold.... Nothing was duped a million times over like the prodo shards.... 100 Million still has quite some value on Siege Perilous.

I believe that they should lower the rates for Siege Perilous by 75% so make it about 25 million to be able to collection the whole set and maybe lower the point requirement on all shards.... Just my opinion. Please help a collector out thank you!

Drakes are your best bet. Time wise by the time you have tamed the bears your already at the zoo with two drakes

Let ya in on a well kept secret bub, not everyone stoops so low as to HAVE to buy gold. The bottom feeders sell it and the losers buy it.......So, Seige isn't unique in the thoughts of hundreds of millions, being a vast sum.

There's a damn good % of players that have more dignity, shame, and self respect than to be an embarrassment and buy the pixels.....(for real life dollars too- beyond lame.)

all museum/library/zoo systems are screwed up. except the ones that accept ingots and woods. should have a gump on char to turn animals in from anywhere, and they need to be worth more points.

You've never been able to waltz up to the Zoo with 100 polar bears in tow, unless you somehow used herding, in which case you'd still have to tame and donate in packs of 5.

Offended and Hurt? Not at all..... 100 Million is nothing on Prodo Shards for prolly 75% of the populatation. Yeah most of them do buy the gold from people who got it the hard way, got it the easy way and cheated to get it. But thats far beyond the point what does 100 million cost on a prodo shard $50-$75 bucks now a days.... I would necessilary call people losers that buy accounts or gold or anything else just people who are lazy and dont want to work there asses off to get it when there so much avilable for sale by others at such a cheap rate. Who wants to spend all that time when they are probably working a full time job they rather just throw a piece of there check into the game to enjoy it much more.

Where on Siege there werent any cheats, dupes, etc... to get millions upons billions of gold.... so it still holds it value besides the dying of the game slowly degrading it. But this is all beyond the point......

I believe it way to difficult to collect a set of statues for your home. It should be readjusted.

I wonder if they could make a token or something that would allow more then 5 pets, this would need them to be not able to attack and basically become ghosts so people could push through them. You would have to be on a quest from the zoo and basically not be able to do anything else while on that quest. Maybe make it boost slots to 25.

T'Challa speaks truth here. Limited follower slots were introduced long before the community collections.

Personally for me I stick to Unicorns and Kirins... you ride in on a bonded pet and leave on the new one..... Or you can tame two and tow them.... now I am not sure how things work on Siege.... but if you can't recall there is always the unicorn not far from Spirit..... faster and easier to tame than a Drake... worth a fair piece of points.... and you can ride it away to the zoo....

If you can recall then going from Malas where there are two spawn locations right to the zoo and back you can easily tame a unicorn or Kirin from there and donate it to the zoo in just about 2 min...... that's one each 2 min.... very fast very easy.... decent points.... little risk unless your..... unliked by fairy folk... then well.... good luck

if it is something you truely want then you will work hard to obtain it, wanting something for less or free just shows greed and no self worth to the time and effort needed to obtain such a collection.

Problem is they up every thing with siege so that 200,000 points is 1,000,000 points on siege...
and they didnt up the points per animal so it doesnt equal out and it takes 5x as long

Turning items into the library is totally out of wack, I gave up making shields to get mace and shield glasses. The only why someone can get those if they have script miner and a script to make all the items get them.

T'Challa is right!! It was in 2002 that they limited the amount pets you could have. It was either Pub 16 or AoS that slots were added. Either way, long before these collections were added.

there was a trick to pass the slot limited for a few years after slots were add, so it was possible.

I personally feel proud of my Anthropomorphist Glasses on Lake Austin.

I got them over 2 years by -
1. Skinning every scale-giver I killed
2. Selling the gems from the dragons I killed and donating the gold from them (when I didn't need the money for other things, and was on the way to the library with scales, only).
3. Picking up boxes of Shepherd's crooks that carpenter trainee left on the ground in Luna, and turning them in.

Not a script in the bunch, though part of the points came from a late christmas present of White Wyrm scales from a friend cleaning his house (enough to get me from 680k points to 780k, and I would have gotten the 5000 scales personally by the end of the week, as I'd finally started working on my tamer, and had been bringing 1k scales back a night from the Oaks spawn Serpentine dragons, as well as killing WWs from having to work Karma back up from too many Oaks in Ilshenar).

But, yeah, given SP's costs and the fact there are no transfers, the Zoo should be given some price breaks there.

For that matter, half the library collections on all shards need their donation rates altered, and new items added for donation (especially Fisher, T-Hunter & Paladin)
