How about you answer this: How is it broken?

Works perfectly fine for me. It only works in champion dungeons where the monsters spawn.

Maybe this is a Siege only thing?

Can't exercise anyone at any champ at all...

I suppose it was my fault for assuming it's siege only... and now that I said it, I look forward to it never being fixt.

Yup, now that you said what shard it makes sense. Either deal with all the bugs or go to a different shard.
