7th Slot/Storage Code Issue

About 15 mins ago I purchased the 7th Character Slot and Storage Increase Combo Code and, of course, I am receiving an invalid message. Any suggestions besides having to sit for who knows how long waiting on a canned GM response? This is the first time I've ever had a problem with a code.

(did you get the code? Are you attempting to redeem it ingame or on the account-management website site?)

I believe this code goes on the uo.com registration page, not in game.

It's a sham that they make you purchase this. This should be available to everyone for free as an incentive to keep playing.

It was supposed to be part of the Stygian Abyss expansion, but since that was delayed they offered it for sale. They later came back after I'd questioned them about it still being offered as part of the expansion, and said "we don't know if they'll be part of Stygian Abyss".

Personally, I think that's bull****. It should STILL be part of the expansion. It's not our fault KR flopped so badly.
