Drop Frequency of Virtue Armor?

I'm returning after a year or so away from the game, and would like to acquire some of the Virtue Armor pieces that I didn't get before leaving. Am I correct in the assumption that the Virtue Armor still drops in the Anti-Virtue dungeons? I'm currently fighting Ogre Lords in Despise, how often will a piece fall? Is the completed set worthy armor for daily wear for a warrior?

Yes the armor still drops. I love my Virtue armor on my warrior. All 70 resist and never need to look for repairs and its blessed has its great advantage. Just add some nice jewelry and talisman with it and a good weapon and you can get pretty far.

It can take sometimes a while before a item drops. Not only that you can also get other things then just the armor . So it can take a while. I find it good to kill not just high famed monster but also mix it easy and fast kills with it now and then. For me it was worth to get all the pieces even that it took me a while.

Is the invisible "kill counter" they speak of built up over time? Or must you grind it out in one session before it resets?

Found my answer... it's reset when an artifact drops. So it must mean that the counter is cumulative.

I was actually hunting in Shame when I got a virtue shield! Just killing earth ellies. I'd been in there maybe thirty minutes, farming gold and gems, and blammo, nice new shield upgrade! I was mucho happy!

In general, y'all should (if you haven't) check the Players Corner FAQ, specifically the 10th Anniv Drop post. In there are links to FoF and some discussion on the possibility of nailing something.

Get your stealther and take a stroll through Fel Despise spawn.
Guilds usually get so many virtue drops that they leave them all on the ground.
If you have a character that is semi-built, you can easily go farm some low level spawn in any of the dungeons. The drops are a-plenty in felucca.

It is also easy to do the humility cloak quest to complete the drops. Good Luck!
