Question about elf quest

Been gone for several years, recently came back. I've been looking for this information in old threads and various UO websites, but no luck. Is there any way that a murderer character can do the heritage quests? Human to elf specifically. Thanks!

Should be able to do this quest on a red. Simply start it in fel facet

I think I ran into Arielle somewhere in fel some time ago. I think it was near a dungeon, but I forget.
