[Gardening] poppies dust??

Does anyone know what this is or where it came from? I bought it off of a vendor on Siege that had new plants on it, so I thought it might be plant related, but I have never seen or heard of it!

My screenshot doesnt do it justice. The colors are alot brighter.

You get the Poppie Dust from the "New" or "Peculuar" Poppies that are part of the new batch of plants Sakkarah introduced this year. They grow as a resource on the Poppies and each of the "Dust" resources have 8 charges to start with... your screen shot shows zero charges meaning someone used them up and now the dust is just for deco...

The dust charges can be used to "Identify" unknown seeds... so if you dbl-click a dust resource that has charges available and target a "White Seed" it will put a new label on the seed like "White Barrel Cactus Seed" or whatever the seed really is... and remove a charge from the dust.

The dust resources don't stack so basically from one "Peculuar" Poppie plant you get 8 resources with 8 charges each and can identify 64 unknown seeds from the one plant.

wow, awesome! Thanks for explaining. I totally missed that little detail about poppies. And to think how many poppies I have grown and turned them straight into deco. Well, I think it will make some pretty deco.....somewhere.

wheeeeee hoooooo! First poppies dust for the hukah this morning.

I was lucky -- of the 12 plantings 8 came to be poppies. I kinda like not using fertile dirt for a change ..... they all stay on the same growth day --- easier to process them ---

I am loving the new resource and the fact that they are so pretty to boot!! I can store up extras and only grow what sells on my vendors, I rocks!!

Now if I could only get more flax plants to show up.

Good Evening All.... I am the owner of Sinful Candie's Garden Shop. I need a little help on Atl shard. I cant find anyone that is selling the poppies dust to find out a price for it. Anyone have any ideas? I even looked on other shards to get a idea and none there either. Thanks for all the help.

Does this dust identify the new seeds that you get from monsters? For example, If I have 20 seeds and want to know which of them are hedges?

I sell used poppies dust for 1k. Fully charged poppies dust for 2k.

I have more poppies dust than I can use.. I already ID'd over 200 seeds. At first I was selling just the used 0 charges dust. But now I sell them fully charged. They sell out almost daily, either way.

I sell poppies dust at a flat rate of 1k regardless of charges available. I cannot keep them stocked.
