I've almost lost hope, it's beginning to smell like some form of conflict spanning the western pond. Great seeing the boys pursue this with the ferocity they pursued duped hammers and resulting items.

Give them a few months more to set it up.
Perhaps there is some disagreement about whether these should be released now or (if there is a SA box) included with the expansion?

Hmm.. how long till the 12th anniversary? Maybe Antarctica can get a special boxed deluxe edition which includes a cloth map, a special cheaters and hackers code book and 12 tokens for Valorite runics which due to legal agreements they can't sell in the USA until the Chinese New Year in 2012

This was a post made on the WoW forums that seems particularly relevant here. Simply insert EA for Blizzard and we're golden!
I have had a token for tok dye.
The token reads as "Japan Promotion - Tokuno Dye"
I guess it takes a LOT of men power in order to make the same token with the Japan part changed to US or just delete out the 5 letters or HELL give us the exact samething if its too troublesome to change the writing.
UO is still red hot in Japan (I was told by a friend and when I was in Japan last year I saw UO boxes on shelves in department stores, book shops, convenient stores, 3C stores, typical game shops) WE KNOW WE KNOW but it doesnt justify the lack of attention from EA for all western players.

I'd just like to hear something a little more specific. "Be patient" and "a little more time" are better than nothing from a communication perspective, but lack of specificity does carry negative impact. Much to the irritation of my better half, I love soul stones, and routinely purchase my monthly limit of two from the game codes site. I missed my purchase in Dec, since Draconi said the tokens would be available mid-December I waited patiently so I could get two of the token sets along with my two soul stones. It didn't happen. I'm now doing the same thing for January, and it looks like it may be a repeat of last month. So not only did EA/ Mythic not receive my money for the 11th year token sets, they also lost $20 in stone purchases last month, and appear to have no desire for the $20 this month either. Now, if the tokens come out next month, they'll get whatever they charge for them and $20 for two soul stones, but what surprises me most of all, is that no one seems sincerely trying in earnest to take the money I'd like to provide! I'm old and dumb, but simply don't get it

I too have about given up hope on getting them. It's 2 months since Japan got them and a month since we were supposed to get them.

Yes, about 7 months (and counting) off the mark I think if you believe as I, that 11th year vet rewards should enter the system when the oldest accounts hit their 11th year.

In all fairness, it's unlikely they have any way to logically attach two seemingly unrelated transactions and use it in any kind of meaningful projection.
In other words, I'm sure they would be very happy to take your money and there is nothing currently preventing you from buying your soulstones besides your personal preference

They link by "process." On the game codes site, you can only purchase a single product (item quantity can only be set to 1 or 0) per transaction. You can only make 2 transactions of a "like item" twice within a 30 day period. So by default, if you're purchasing a token set, or soul stone, you are proceedually limited to 2 per month. You can combine separate, unlike items on a transaction. So you can purchase 1 soul stone and 1 token in a given transaction. You then have to execute another transaction, and it can mirror the first. After that, you're out of luck until next month. Gotta admit, that whole "only one of the same item per transaction, only 2 per month" thing is a bit of a pain in the rear.
Aside from the fact that I get charge twice by the bank for 2 transactions, it's *gotta* be easier and more efficient to be able to buy two of a thing at once if you want to!

I was completely serious, EA lost my soul stone related $20 x 2 for Dec and it seems this month, simply because of poor/ user unfriendly operation of the codes site. I remain flabergasted that it's never been fixed, despite numerous postings here and on other boards over the years. While it's miles "below" a corporate CEO, my bet is that if John Riccitiello or Lawrence Probst had even slightest details of how this debacle has occurred over the years, a) it would be fixed quickly and b) there would be hell to pay for someone.
