Orc Chieftain Helm (Replica)

I just got one of these and it has +30 hitpoints. But when I put it on I only get +15, whats the deal with these? Has anyone else had this problem? Are they all bugged, or I'm I just unlucky? It took me two weeks to get something, and now it's broken.

I could be wrong, but my understanding is that HPI is capped at +25. Maybe I'm wrong, maybe +30 was an oversight, or maybe the cap is about to adjust - who knows. If you haven't already tried, check to see if you have +10 already, and if so, that's likely the reason why you only received an extra +15. Hope that helps.

If you're right, remember that the Orc Chieftain Helm was made before there were those caps....It wouldn't be the only item in the game that was basically nerfed by the institution of a cap.

I'm positive it'll still be a highly sought after, expensive item, though.

I believe the hit point Helm is worth only a fraction of what the Hit Chance Helm is worth. This is because almost everyone wears a Crimson (+10 hp) which leaves only +15 hp between the rest of your suit. A +30 hp inc helm with useless resists does nothing to help anyone really. I see it mainly as a collector's item.


Now 30ssi on the other hand....
