I'm glad to see it too. Though as an aside, I'm still depressed about the 120 mill I spent on the "short stool" I bought last year from treyster. It's now been rendered completely valueless.
I don't know there was a way though to not screw rares collectors....The action was supportable.....I'd certainly say you're entitled to be depressed though.
After you've gotten over it some....You will remember that any rares dealer/collector is subject to such sudden shifts in rarity, that they are far from without precedent.

Oh I know that, I still remember all the rares collectors quitting in droves when they introduced craftable glassware into the game. There is always a risk to these things. I actually got hosed over this time twice - he posted that he was selling a "bamboo stool" not a short stool, so I assumed it was an item that was left unlocked during a scenario instead of just some stupid stool that had had it's item tag removed from being a cloak of humility quest item (I think thats where those came from).
I was also in a huuuge rush to do the trade (after I x-ferred to the shard he was on) since i was making dinner, it was almost ready and I needed to get downstairs, and he was being really really slow moving stuff around in his backpack to make room for checks and in his bank. So I didn't actually check the item when he finally put it in the trade window, which is completely my fault. He would not trade back for it either, though he tried to offer me a discount on some other shard for something else I said no thanks.
Anyways, I figured the actual value of the stool because of the name tag would be a few mill. And now it's gonna be worth squat, which is really no big difference. I wasn't going to ever sell it or anything, it's locked down in my vendor shop, I prefer it as a constant reminder to be more careful in the future.
