Not I sorry - I've never poked around inside the cliloc files.
(but it's basically saying the server told your client to display "message 1080177" in english and you're client went "hunh? I don't know that one" - usually that means you're missing a patch, although its been a while now since the last time a patch came out)

I love your explanation,about as plain of english as possible when trying to explain what a megacliloc error is.
OP: I got that message once before,I am not sure what specific thing fixed it but I had rebooted,ran scan disk and ran defrag and after taht I had no more cliloc errors.But that was on my old p2 356mhz comp running windows 98.

Normally means your client is not up to date, though might also be the housing server is down.
on the acct u cant place, is that char atleat 15 days old? Ive heard that the acct ages doesnt matter If the char is only 15 days. Try a diff char?

I think the account has to be 45 days or older to place a house (which it is).
I can place on one of my accounts but that one keeps giving me the same error when I click the house placement tool.
I'll try again tonight and see if the problem persist.

no the house placement tool says your character has to be atleast 15 days old to place a house

Means you've failed to place too many times and you need to wait on the cool down.
But yea I've been getting lots of Cliloc messages lately for various things.
