I think to insure an item you should have to be at your house/inn. So if you get an item you have to actually bring it home. Also get rid of recall/gate for any dungeon including Trammel. It's too easy the way it is.
Not bad. How about we make it like real life where there is an insurance salesman at every major city (except Luna and Umbra and those stupid samurai ones) and every once in a while the insurance is dropped from some random reason and when you talk to the insurance salesman he gives you the run around for half an hour.I think to insure an item you should have to be at your house/inn. So if you get an item you have to actually bring it home. Also get rid of recall/gate for any dungeon including Trammel. It's too easy the way it is.
I agree with No recall or gate inside a dungeonI think to insure an item you should have to be at your house/inn. So if you get an item you have to actually bring it home. Also get rid of recall/gate for any dungeon including Trammel. It's too easy the way it is.
See, you and I actually can agree on some things.I think to insure an item you should have to be at your house/inn. So if you get an item you have to actually bring it home. Also get rid of recall/gate for any dungeon including Trammel. It's too easy the way it is.
This about sums it up.Or, how about we accept that we're in an item-based game, and that to lose an item is tantamount to losing a skill under the pre-AoS system, and finally accept the presence and necessity of insurance after many years in operation?

Makes sense from overpowered tamer point of view so I can see why you would like those ideas. Because your pet doesn't need insured items. So you can just hit all kill macro and use smoke bomb and kill people with no armor on.This is not a bad suggestion. I'd like to see it taken further, like a player can only insure 1 or 2 items at a time though...especially in Fel.
Also, when you are killed, all insured items should go to your bank, not your pack.
Sounds good to me. Particularly the recall/gate restrictions for dungeons in tram. However I would expand that to all facets, not just tram. Such as Malas and Tok.I think to insure an item you should have to be at your house/inn. So if you get an item you have to actually bring it home.
