Perhaps you could redo your question, its about as hard to understand as the proposed idea. Well at least the info they gave us is hard to understand.

Yeah youre right, hihi i also dont understand the system, but what i have seen on TC is a fear for me around 5 - 6 heal potion and it has no effect!

Consumables like pots should take a long time to consume. Say a 2 seconds freeze to take it out, open it and drink it all. Less if you have alchemy. If EA wants to do it right, then a total pot nerf along with a reduction in cap damge is really the way to go since balance is gained by less item dependance.

I don't use third party prog's to chug, and I'm not a wannabe, but they are neccesary to survive being ganked. I don't think that just by using them it makes anybody godly... and I haven't seen much if any complaining on pot users.. So i guess I don't really understand why its being nerfed. I mean pots have been how they are for years leave em as they are... Dont "fix" **** that aint broken.

The way I see it is that with soul stones and soul stone fragments out there, there is no reason for any PvPer not to have 3 or 4 ways to heal themselves along with pots.
Group A is to lazy to work their skills or temples so they now have disadvantage to Group B , who has used all means of staying alive.
Group A screamed loudly that they are being treated unfair.
Group A has caught the Dev teams Attention and the Dev team just can't pass up a Chance to fix something that is not broken.
Honestly how many PvMers do you hear yelling that they cant heal themselves against a monster?? Not many.
This timer will only hurt PvM'ers and Solo fighters.
In the long run will not help Pvp at all, there will always be a Group A that will scream and yell that they are being treated unfairly.

Right now, anyone using a script can chug perfectly. This fix hampers script chuggers a little bit.

Although it will still be easy, scripters will have less of an advantage over the average Bob. (can't say average Joe anymore because McCain ruined the meaning of it)

I like the idea. I don't chug that often so I don't think it will affect me at all.

i'm a little irked about it. 99% of my time i play in an alchemist. and i would LOVE to see this added to Cures. as of now cures are the bane of live. in some tests they cure lethal poison 10/10 times. with no skill. i dont get it at all. this happened after the last pvp published that made ppl have tactics. then atleast the two most abused potions would have detterents attached. one with a 10 sec timer, and one with imunity. makes more since to me, poison/cure/immunity
