Dismount, pets, and now nerfing pots?

Gotta start somewhere man. There's going to be more fixes coming. I'd rather have them take their time on fixing something as big as taming in PvP and do it well then rushing with something just to please impatient people like you.

Im sorry, I know I will be hated for saying this... But pots have needed to be nerfed for a very long time now. They were never intended to be chain-chugged or there would be a macro built in to the UO client specifically for that. It would not require a third party program. They were meant to be an emergency fix or boost. It would be the easiest macro in the world for them to implement... First box would say "Use Potion" instead os use skill or cast spell. Second box would have a drop down menu to allow you to select what kind of potion to use. Done. But again, this was not the intent.

I will absolutely agree that pets should be addressed in PvP, and I'm positive they are working on that. I think tamers SHOULD be viable in PvP, but not untouchable. However, I am overjoyed to see pots get some of the tough love they have needed for so long.

You seem to be suffering the effects of some strange "backwards" spell I think.

I don't recall seeing a "all kill" macro either in my UO macros

Care to explain how they have been a crutch for the weak?? Just about every "elite" pvp'er I have ever seen or fought has chugged...
Potions have always been there... Learn to use them or don't, just because you can't chug properly doesn't mean that it needs to be nerfed. Learn to chug(and no you don't need a script to do this) You can probably chug better than any script if you know what the heck your doing.

But you nerf OFFENSIVE problems before DEFENSIVE.

Like when they announced they were nerfing swamp dragon damage reduction in PvP before they were going to cap SDI.

People were in an uproar, and it should be the same now.

Back then we all agreed they BOTH were needed, just in proper order to maintain our sanity...well... everyone elses ^^ I was a mage.

Believing that a PvPer/PKer wont use all the items at his disposal to kill you is your crutch.

If you didn't chug Pre-AoS that's your deal.
If you don't chug now you're PvP ability is suffocating.
