Dearly Beloved Citizens of Catskills,

I am presently on a visit to your shard. So far folks have been good and accomodating. I am pleased to be here and look forward to move my other characters here if only I could find a place to build an 18x18 home.

I have gone roaming far and wide all over however no room is available. The available spaces are prohibited from placing a house too?

Is there a way someone can direct me on where to go? If real estate is really that hard then I would be considering on buying a house or even perhaps a castle if the price is of course equitable.

Please post your proposals then perhaps we can meet at New Haven bank for particulars.

Actually, Britannia is full of properties suitable fer building a decent home. However, as ye landlubbers all need ta cram yer houses under da roof and thus lookin' fer da biggest possible plots, ye may only find one in da land of housing, which is Malas. However, no serious seafarer would want ta live dere, due to a lack of navigable water.

If I were ye, I'd try ta get rid of 80% of me rubbish and build a smaller house.

I know of a villa sized spot that (last I checked) was still open. I haven't been on in a few days because I've got a nasty piece of browser hijacking malware that I've been wrestling with. I'd decided to just take it to my local repair shop and bite the bullet to get it fixed once and for all.

But I can get on tonight and check that spot for you if you want. I haven't decided yet, but I might be selling off my 18x18 in Tram. If I do I'd be happy to give you a shout.

There is a nice sized spot outside Skara. Head down the path from the bridge till you see a clearing heading north. follow that up a bit and it is in the clearing before you get to the water. There is also a nice sized house for sake at the waters edge next to a house called Valorhaven. Um, this is in Trammel.

I know a place close to Luna that will hold an 18x18 if you are still looking

In Malas there is plenty of spots for 18*18s, if you dont mind looking for a few mins.

Hoping to meet your accquaintance Sir, hoping for the best.. right now I was able to place a villa SW of Luna, however am pretty sure my next door neighbor would be inconvenienced at the moment. This would only be a temporary thing till I can find a bigger plot of course.

One can't imagine the tons of clutter I have collected hehe.

There is no shortage of 18x18 spots available...just have to look.

18x18 arent impossible to find, but why do you need that?? I could live in a 14x16 forever and i've seen a spot in fel though.

There's currently a 18x18 plot available in: Tokuno Islands -> Homare-Jima -> NE of gate a few screens. Don't know if it's your ideal location though.
