Drachs down hard and what happened to "Shard Issues" on UO.com??

I thought the Shard Issues section on UO.com was gone a long time ago...
10am and nothing..... No Shard and ..... no support.... do we really have to wait for some US Citizen to get up before we can get information?

At least I had to work this morning, but now that I am back, I want my shard back.
Why is Europa up and running but DF not? Aren't they on the same server anymore?

Wouldn't you be needing to post you need a transfer token on your old shard? From your post your old shard isn't drach and asking for a transfer token here will do you no good.Im really shocked to see so many people posting for this shard.I thought nobody played there anymore.
I know this might not be in the right area for this,but since so many Drac players are reading it why not

The DF server is not listed properly somehow.
Try this: Login, choose another server and wait for your characers to show up, then go right back to the serverlist, and DF should be there now. Works for me ATM, but it's tedious work...
I hope we will get some infos about this server dancing sooner or later...

Thank you, Medea, for the hint. Like Olahorand, it didn't worked for me but as it did for you there seems to be a problem with the server list. I really hope that they get this fixed. I wish so much that someone official could make a statement about that. Uh well, customer service, the same ol' song again

for me ,medea´s server list thing worked as well.i figured this out by accident,since i always click the forward arrow. all over sudden i was on oceania. when i clicked back drachenfels was there.
works sometimes, sometimes not. you just have to keep bouncing back and forth until you see the server name..then log in fast

Yes, and they deleating all the houses on Europa so our houses gets the exact same spot as we have on Drachs. Its only fair if we give up our shard,history and houses that Europa gives up there houses.
