Any idea when they are gonna fix this? Makes no sense that reds get scrolls when they dont even hit the champ.

Apparently, it's a bug. The top spawn killer gets a scroll.
IMO, it should stay this way. Suits my solo-murderer play style nicely. =D
And it's not protection, that only works with blues.
