no but you can turn off the weather effects such as snowing

Hey, it's not that as bad as all that - I've found that if you listen carefully to your hard drive, you can detect the point in a champion spawn where you need to leave/quit/restart/return to avoid a crash.

Actually I wear sunglasses when Im fishing the water really bothers my eyes. Without the sunglasses Im lucky to fish for 15 minutes, with them I can fish for an hour or 2. I wear the ones that take care of the glare.

Could try adjusting your Gamma and/or contrast, other than that, I think it will be turned off on the 19th with the xmas trees.
