[Discussion] The neonish gift boxes?

I got 2 so far, one on Lake superior and one on Legends, One is like a neon purple/blue mix, and the other is a neon green that looks kind of like real wrapping paper.

I've never seen one pitch black, is that rare? It came like that, but are they dyable?

You can use a dye tub to dye them so Black is nothing special

Hmm thats odd previous years I was sure you could dye them.

I guess you can only use a furniture tub now.

It's always been that only a furniture dye tub could be used on gift boxes. That's why there haven't been any pure black gift boxes until now (except the April 1st gift boxes), even though there are many, many pure white ones, which can be made from furniture dye tubs with a particular fairly common characteristic.

I picked up a what appears to be a neon blue similar to that neon yellow orange in the pic from UO hall. I believe thier might be others as well, its just that thier not a dramatic as the multi color ones. So double check those boxes you may miss a few for your collection.

In previous years you would use an undyed furny tub to get the white, but nowadays I think you can set furny tubs to default.
