Recovering Account Infformation

I'm going to sound like a real git here, but . . .

I have a couple of UO accounts that I haven't been on for probably a year and a half. I continued paying for them because it isn't all that much. Got a new job, got a new computer, and thought today I'd load up UO, down load the patches and run about the land for a while.

I still remember the account names, I remember the passwords. However, they are not being accepted. I cannot "recover" them, because of the job change, my old email is no longer in existence.

I'm guessing I'm going to have to get a human on the phone and deal with things on a one-to-one basis to get this worked out. Does that seem reasonable? Have there been any changes that would cause account names or passwords to not be recognized?

I had similar problem.

Using last 4 digits of CC, you can email them and have them update your emails. Explain the situation.

I have no idea how to talk to a person regarding UO, I don't know if it is possible any more.

Not sure you can get a live person. Last time I tried it was an endless loop of redirects through the automated system.

I know there's a way to get to talk to someone but I can't remember for sure how. Maybe never actually putting in a number, just stay on the line?

Hey, Tyr. Been a while. No, never did finish it. I mean to, someday. I did manage to finish the first draft of a third book, a kind of non-fiction/philosophy/religion thing. Still working on that.

Mostly I got distracted by art. I took a drawing class in 2001 and found out I kind of liked it. I developed that and went into painting as well. If you're interested, here are some of my works:

Yep getting a live person at that number can be tricky at times..first they'll ask if you are calling about an EA pogo account just say no then it will ask you to say which game your calling about once you do that for UO they give you a list of options to choose. What I did was choose My accounts and since I wasnt doing anything to my account but buying codes for legacy tokens I didnt choose and option but instead said the word Agent this will get you intouch with a live person..be warned seems EA support for all games is under one roof now. Twice Ive gotten people that never did what I needed them to do before so my calls to them lasted a good 30 mintutes.
