When will the uogamecodes site be fixed?

when will uogamecodes be fixed? It seems it dosent even recongize that my account exists and its eight years old!!!. I have this problem for the last three years when trying to order stuff on that site every time I go to verify my account the screen turns white and then refreshs back to verifying account again. I typed in another account I have thats inactive and a newer account the screen name and password worked but couldnt use that account to order anything cause its not active and isnt 30 days old. I was hoping they get this fixed cause Im tired of dealing with people on the phone at EA that have no idea what Im talking about and it takes them 30 mintutes to realize what Im asking they can do over the phone.

Uhm? Don't you reopen you're account at ultima-registration.com? Thats what I did.. always have.. Just change you're billing info there.

Probably doesn't help you but I literally just purchased gametime and the 7th character slot an hour or 2 ago and 0 issues. Guess it's a hit and miss with that site. ;[ Best of luck.

Hmm makes me wonder if my account is bugged or something when it comes to that site.

It's been broken for years. EA will never fix it. Yes it's pathetic.

I'm sure you have but have you tried uo_youraccountname when logging in? I think it's uo_, someone can correct me if I'm wrong.

Yep already went that route with the uo_ before my user name and kept getting the messege no such member name exists when I put that infront of my username

does anyone know if you can order codes through email since I cant get the site to work? I tried calling them today but could never get through and now theres only one option this evening when calling and thats the automated service.
