Why is UO Character User Data NOW in MY DOCUMENTS Since Last Patch ?

Went tonight upon trying the new Test Cntr 9 to copy macroes over to a new chara & could not find the new Chara folder I had created. Looked in every folder under that Account & each Account I have & nothing.. Couldn't figure it out. Then I wondered if by chance if it was elsewhere, did a search & every character I have logged onto since the patch the other day is now in a New Folder in My Documents folder Ultima Online Legacy Folder & all my Acct names & chara's I logged in with in the last 2 days..... Why this change

Well it's not in Pub 57 notes I can see, nor in the latest fix patch notes as of tonight/Thursday. So you tell me since you know where to see this info...

The short answer is: Norton.

If I've understood correctly (and if I'm wrong someone please correct me). Norton was wiping out people's macros. The fix for this was to move the .cfg file to my documents instead of the game folder.
However that seems to have caused some unforeseen problems such as speech and emote colour changes not saving and a problem with journals for those who save them to files.

Not written there on my Screen...

KR has always been there but NOT 2D.. and no where does it state or is Posted they WILL BE MOVED to there.

The 2d and KR clients have been updated to version 6.0.12. This update includes:

• • Resolved an issue with Norton 2009 wiping the configuration file. The configuration file is now saved in My Documents.

Thanks Petra. I knew I had not seen it in the one above or in the main one ( http://update.uo.com/design_512.html ) update info on Pub 57. Thing is not just the UO.Cfg is there but all the chara's info (Macro's, desktop layout & chara journal etc)
