Since you don't get an 'empty pot of egg nog' I have to assume this is a joke.Drinking a mug of egg nog from the egg nog pot does not leave an empty glass and the pot, as far as I can so far tell, never runs out.

Just so you know, Petra, the pot does run out (after about 20 glasses or so). To refill it you need 2 eggs, a pitcher of milk, a bottle of liquor, and sugar.
