I logged on with her several times yesterday and she wasn't dead at server maintenance time either. I've logged onto her several times this morning to see if that would help and it hasn't.

Like Deb says, I've been able to get rewards this way after not receiving them when I first logged in.

God_Majere, if you aren't able to get your reward on Siege, send me a PM and I'll help you out when I get home from work this evening. I don't play Siege much but have 5 or 6 characters there, and would be happy to help

No characters on Origin have Holiday gifts and it sure is a bug as characters of same accts on other shards have them.
Should be fixed ASAP because it's not very nice for origin players.

Nope, not true. I have other characters on Origin that have received their holiday tickets. The character that didn't get one is one I play with almost daily and she is over a year old. Other chars on the same account on Origin have received their tickets. I ran around with her yesterday and I think the last thing she did was kill some slimes in Fire. Might have still been flagged from that when I logged her out, but she wasn't dead and her pack isn't full either. Ticket's not in the bankbox and I've turned her pack inside out looking through it...no ticket.

For me, it's no big deal because I have plenty of characters. But it seems odd and will be upsetting if it's a bug that hits people that don't.

Same here, out of 6 characters, 1 did not get a ticket. I was alive and at a bank when I logged in. Tried logging in and out...and saying that there are gift boxes from years past in the bank...I'd say he should have gotten one!!!

That's pretty hokey. The character of mine that didn't get it is my tamer. I'm so glad now I had all her pets stabled while she was logged on yesterday. Was worried about what happened the last time Origin was testing a new publish and pets weren't stabling correcting when you logged out.

Yeah, I just checked and found two other characters that I had logged on Origin with since late Tuesday night that did not get tickets. Others seem fine so far.

Okay this is seriously annoying me. Several of my Origin characters, all old, haven't received gifts. Is this going to be fixed?

I now have the same problem with 2 of my chars....I know they are
old enough as they had a gift still from last year and I played them
when Pub 56 first came out...and unfortunately the using bank didn't
work.

PS - For your information, the tickets cannot be locked down, and they vanish if you put them on the ground...(well...on stairs anyway)

I have 2 accounts with characters on several different shards and they all received gift deed. The one on Origin has been there since last spring. Had her actively playing in game last night and no gift drop today. Hope this can be corrected.

Any character that logged on Origin yesterday is bugged so don't be surprised if you didn't get a gift today. The fix for it is in. As soon as we republish, all those who didn't get their gifts should receive them.

Thanks for answering this one, Regine. On one my accounts, the characters got gifts on every shard I play, but the other account got them everywhere except Origin. I didn't think I'd logged all six in yesterday, but I must have. Glad the mystery is solved.

It appears that the emergency publish fixed things so characters that had been logged in on Origin yesterday now receive their holiday ticket. Thank you for fixing this. I hope it wasn't the main reason you did the emergency publish though. Definitely wasn't an "emergency"!
