Yes you can tame them(very effectively as well) however as no lore you cannot see the stats of what you tame and you cant bond them.

Didnt know you could tame dire wolfs( that could be fun)

if you use a soul stone to get taming and lore, you can bond with them, then drop it later, and then youll have bonded pets that you can controll with necro
