I have been dealing with an unplayable connection for the last 3 days - the probelm is on the EA end. The first person that responded to my help request on uo.com told me to send them a new trace using their uo trace utility - no problem I send them the trace. I get an email today for a new person handling the problem that tells me he does not understand my problem!!!! Pinging over 300 to the west coast and having my connection go to **** at their end hmmm.......does not take a rocket scientist for this one! Does anyone know who i can email over at EA to get assistance??
