The new scrolls on pub 57

I am trying on test shard.
I did a spawn from level 1 to level 2 and didn't get anything either. Not that you always get something but I didn't get any 5 scrolls either. Was in fel. Gonna try again later but I went to 3 spawns and didn't a scroll at any of them. Illshenar, felucca and the weald gave me nothing.
Fought a little bit in Twisted Weald, Bedlam, Ilsh Humility, and Sleeping dragon - nothing (but I barely got through the lowest level spawn on any of these, so that's not saying much).
Headed to Fel Destard... got a 105 scroll, and then 3 kills later a 0.9 wrestling transcendence.
They're a light pink color, deed graphic. And as a warning: if you need 0.1, and you use a 0.9 - it'll let you use the scroll. It won't let you use it if you have the skill locked. I didn't try to use it when I was at my cap.

Ok, 105 powerscrolls is known, but what do the other scrolls do to my brain ? Do they increase my skills without training ?

There will be SOT scrolls for every skill there is, and they drop from .1-.5 in tram/ilsh and .5-1.0 in fel spawns, but yeah they let you gain that much without training it.
