Why noone can recall to Britain also if there's no invasion???

aye, nice question.
really strange. Brit are empty and always blocked when i recall.
And now, when i go to luna, atlantic or catskills, there are tons of players that there is so many lag that you can't walk

It's weird. I can recall into Brit just fine, but Moonglow is blocked for me. :\

i can recall behind the tower to the s/w of WBB but i cant recall to WBB itself
I thought it was my rune, i remarked it and still cant recall to the bank. (Oce)

mark a rune on top of the little tower near the bridge just to the left of the bank. It is always clear. Well I havnt tried during an invasion, but it works the rest of the time.
