Zipactriotl Questline

I have not tried to kill Zipactriotl yet. But I have farmed a few sets of keys. I have a question: When you turn in your keys and kill him, do you have to do the pits again to fight Zippy if you have additional keys?

Yes you must do the fighting pit everytime.
