Hello, hope someone can help me with this question. Is the time for Xhealing linked to Dex or is it always at 2 sec for xheal? My impression is that Dex does affect xhealing timer too, but I forgot the details.

Dex affect it. Formula is something like:
time_to_heal_others = Time_to_heal_yourself / 2
time_to_heal_others = Time_to_heal_yourself / 2
