Is anything happening with the WRR house in Luna?

It was some time ago they set up with a view to run events out of there, have I simply missed them? Alternatively, is the house potentially for sale?

Ive not seen anyone nor anything happen in that house. Theres only been one event from them that i am aware of aswell =/
