Its an old gift item, worth 1-2m imo.

It came out the same time as the 300th anniversary bag,,,very early in UO life ...when nobody gave UO a chance of lasting 2 years!!!! nm into its 14th!!! the one with the mondain coin , the ask answer ball , 100 use wand and hangover cure.

i'd agree with risso peeps should pay around 2m....very nice deco for sure
